I’ve worked out less this year because I became preoccupied with one of my other major life goals, which also required a lot of physical and mental effort. So overall, I will consider that a win.

The line graph indicates a sharp drop in workout frequency after July. Even though I improved a bit in November, the general trend in the second half of this year was downward (for the better, in a strange way):
