  • 100 hours of workout.

    Tonight’s hour long workout happens to be my 100th workout this year. It feels nice to actualize three rules I set for myself for 2014 (and beyond). Here’s to, not the next 100 but to the next one tomorrow. And next. And so on until whatever number it will be.
