I personally prefer to work with businesses with a friendly and helpful customer support. And I bet many others do. Yet, even in 2024, I still see many mainstream businesses that have robotic support teams.
What a great opportunity for businesses that take the alternate path! I know some of them and happily spend big bucks with them.
