This page lists my current focuses, which are organized around the wealth trifecta of family, fitness and freedom.

  • Family:
    • Take care of my family.
    • Settling into the new home we built over last few years.
  • Fitness:
    • Eat mindfully.
    • Sleep approximately 6 to 8 hours.
    • Meditate and play Elevate everyday for a few minutes
    • Exercise 3x a week, 60 minutes each.
    • Walk 2x a week, 60 minutes each.
  • Freedom:
    • Put in a good day’s work.
    • Figure out Chai 4.0
    • Read and write to learn and share.
